This event is run entirely by unpaid volunteers. We try to run this event at zero profit, and zero loss. The event price is set to cover at a minimum the cost for the Friday barbecue, Saturday evening all you can eat Prime Rib buffet and our AMA sanctioning fee. Based on our projections we anticipate breaking even for the event at about 70 attendees. We try to make these events like a mini Edelweiss tour, and we hope asking $5 to $3 above the cost of the Friday barbecue and Saturday dinner is not too much to ask for what we provide. Pre-registering helps us keep event fees low by enabling us to do more work up front and to make commitments to the event hotel on the number of dinner attendees. Please help keep event fees low and make it easier on the volunteers who make this event happen by pre-registering.
Thanks for registering for TWiSTAR, we look forward to seeing you and riding with you! Larry Mayhew Ride Organizers Ray Kang
